Please, bring cash! Onsite, you can buy admission at any stage. The festival is mostly an outdoor event; there is no space limitation. Entrance fees provide general admission to festival grounds and allow general access for one person to all stages. All sales are cash only (except at the festival souvenir stores). Bring cash, or use one of the bank ATMs nearby. Children 12 & under are free (visit the kid friendly activities page).
Information Festival admission gives you access to all the stages and events. Festival visitors get a wristband at the entrance and they can use their wristbands to enter/ re-enter any stage.There is no space limitation on the outdoor stages. Each day, all the stages open one hour before the first concert starts, and close when the last performance ends. Check the festival schedule for performances times. Only the Main Stage gates open earlier: at 4pm on Friday; at 8am on Saturday and Sunday. Premium seating is only available at the AT&T Main Stageand is accessible only with VIP Wristbands and Premium Set Tickets. Seating at the indoor stages is on a first come first served basis. VIPs have priority access to the Magnolia San Jose Rep Stage and the Bella Mia Stage. Children 12 and under are free at all stages.

Will Call For those who purchase online: Visit the Will Call booth, show your picture ID, and pick up your wristband. Will Call is at the Main Info Booth, in front of the San Jose Museum of Art, 110 S. Market St.
Will Call onsite hours Friday, August 12: 5pm–8pm Saturday, August 13: 8am–6pm Sunday, August 14: 9am–4pm.
Listen to your favorite musicians from up close, enjoy good food, mingle and make the most of your festival experience. VIPs have unlimited access to the premium seating area right in front of the AT&T Main Stage, and have priority access at the Magnolia San Jose Rep Stage and the Bella Mia Stage. The VIP Pavilion, located at the heart of the action in the Plaza de César Chávez, features VIP buffet, bar and covered seating. Please note, VIP tickets are available for both Saturday and Sunday, but there are no VIP services on Friday.
